Our Story

When we got our first dog in Switzerland, we faced the same challenge many pet owners do: figuring out what she really needed—and what she actually liked.

We were overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices. We bought plenty of things we didn’t need, missed out on key items that turned out to be incredibly useful, and discovered that some products—cheap or expensive—broke far too soon. On top of that, we often found prices to be high and the product selection uninspired.

Why We Built PickO

We wished there was a place where we could get honest, tailored advice without being pushed into a sales pitch. That’s why we built PickO—the assistant we never had.

What PickO Does

PickO is designed to help you find the right product for your pet, not just the one we want to sell you. We’ve worked hard to give our AI assistant real, balanced product insights—including the downsides—so you can shop with confidence and avoid costly mistakes.

Quality and Pricing

Most of our products are sourced directly from trusted factories, cutting out the middleman to keep prices fair. Our roots in China, the Netherlands, and Switzerland make this possible, combining strong supplier relationships with a deep understanding of what Swiss pet owners value.
