Why we built it
Built from first-hand frustration
When we got our first dog, we bought things we did not need, missed products that would have helped, and discovered simple solutions only after months of trial and error. PickO is our way of making that journey easier for others.
Better guidance
Pet products can be hard to compare. PickO helps you understand size, material, use case, comfort, cleaning, durability, and whether a product actually solves your problem.
A richer product experience
We work directly with factories where possible and invest in clear product images and explanations, so customers know what they are buying before it arrives.
Selected with care
We travelled across Europe and China to find products we would be happy to use ourselves. We are not trying to offer everything; every product should earn its place.
Built as an AI company
We built much of the experience ourselves, from the shopping assistant to the product pages, because pet shopping should be more helpful, visual, and personal than a standard online store.
