We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery information accurate. Product images are illustrative, and colours, dimensions, or packaging can vary slightly. Products remain available only while stock lasts.

Prices are shown in CHF. The price, shipping fee, and total displayed at checkout apply at the time you place the order. An order is accepted only once checkout has completed and PickO confirms it.

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. The payment methods shown in checkout depend on Stripe, the payment method settings, the currency, and your device or location.

Delivery is currently limited to Switzerland. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. If a delivery problem occurs, contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier or payment provider where needed.

Return, repair, replacement, and refund requests are handled under the PickO return policy. Defective, wrong, damaged, or incomplete deliveries should be reported as soon as possible.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. The PickO assistant can help with shopping, orders, and support, but it may make mistakes. Important order, health, sizing, or safety decisions should be checked against the product page and packaging.

PickO is liable only where required by applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, unavailable services, incorrect information provided by third parties, or damage caused by misuse of products.

We may update these terms. The version available at the time of your order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
