Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
PickO accepts returns for defective and non-defective products delivered in Switzerland. Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days from delivery.

Return policy summary
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are accepted, subject to product and variant availability.
- Return condition: new products only, unless the product is defective, wrong, damaged, or incomplete.
- Return method: by post.
- Return label: download and print, free of charge.
- Restocking fee: no cost.
- Refund processing time: 5 business days after the returned item has been received and checked.
How to request a return or exchange
- Sign in to your PickO account and open Orders & Returns.
- Find your order and choose Help with this order.
- Select the item, explain the issue, and choose refund, replacement, repair, or exchange where available.
- Follow the return instructions and use the provided return label when your request is approved.
If you cannot access your order, contact support@picko.ch with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
What we can help with
- Defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete item
Contact us as soon as possible. Approved defective, wrong, damaged, or incomplete deliveries are handled without restocking fees.
- Changed mind or not as expected
New products may be returned within 14 days from delivery. Products should be unused and returned with original packaging where possible.
- Exchange
Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement product or variant is available.
Products we may not accept back
- Opened pet food or treats - for health and hygiene reasons.
- Opened hygiene products - such as shampoos and cleaning products.
- Opened pet medication - for safety reasons.
- Personalized items - made specifically for you.
We may waive these restrictions for defective, wrong, damaged, incomplete, or health-related issues where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. PickO processes refunds within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and checked.
