PickO ships customer orders to addresses in Switzerland. Delivery costs and timing are shown before checkout is completed.

Shipping costs
- Orders of CHF 50.00 or more ship free of charge.
- Orders below CHF 50.00 include a standard shipping fee of CHF 4.90.
- Shipping costs are added in checkout and shown before you pay.
Delivery time
For in-stock products, PickO generally aims for delivery in 2-3 business days. Delivery estimates can vary depending on stock, order time, carrier capacity, and address quality.
Delivery address
Please enter a complete Swiss delivery address at checkout. PickO may use address validation and autocomplete services to reduce delivery errors.
Split or delayed orders
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, PickO will contact you and offer a practical solution such as waiting, replacing the item, cancelling that item, or refunding it.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing, contact support@picko.ch with your order number so we can investigate.
