PickO ships customer orders to addresses in Switzerland. Delivery costs and timing are shown before checkout is completed.

Delivery time

For in-stock products, PickO generally aims for delivery in 1-4 days. Delivery estimates can vary depending on stock, order time, carrier capacity, and address quality.

Shipping costs

Orders of CHF 50.00 or more ship free of charge.
Orders below CHF 50.00 include a standard shipping fee of CHF 4.90.
Shipping costs are added in checkout and shown before you pay.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete Swiss delivery address at checkout. PickO may use address validation and autocomplete services to reduce delivery errors.

Split or delayed orders

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, PickO will contact you and offer a practical solution such as waiting, replacing the item, cancelling that item, or refunding it.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing, contact support@picko.ch with your order number so we can investigate.
