Payment Methods
PickO checkout is handled through Stripe Checkout. The exact payment methods shown to you can vary by device, currency, location, and the payment methods currently enabled for Switzerland.

Available at checkout
Orders are charged in Swiss francs (CHF). Depending on Stripe availability and your device, checkout can show methods such as credit and debit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, Klarna, and other Stripe-supported Swiss payment methods.
Cards and wallets
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link may appear when your browser, device, account, and the Stripe payment flow support them.
TWINT
TWINT may be offered for eligible CHF payments from customers in Switzerland. When you choose TWINT, Stripe sends you through the TWINT confirmation flow and returns you to PickO after payment.
When you are charged
You pay during checkout before the order is confirmed. If an order is cancelled or a return is approved, refunds are sent back through the original payment method whenever possible.
Security
PickO does not store full card numbers. Sensitive payment details are handled by Stripe. PickO stores order, payment status, and transaction references needed to process support, returns, and refunds.
