Data we process
- Account data such as name, email, language, login provider, and saved addresses.
- Order and checkout data such as cart items, delivery address, billing address, order status, payment status, refund status, and transaction references.
- Chat and support data such as messages, product requests, assistant responses, order-support requests, and feedback.
- Technical data such as device, browser, session, consent, logs, and security events.
Why we process data
We process data to operate the shop, provide product recommendations, answer support questions, process orders and payments, deliver products, handle returns and refunds, prevent misuse, improve PickO, and meet legal obligations.
Chat, interactions, and AI improvement
We store chat messages, assistant responses, product interactions, cart and checkout events, feedback, and related technical data. We use this data to provide conversation history, support orders and returns, debug issues, prevent misuse, measure feature performance, and improve PickO. This may include reviewing interactions and using data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve our own or third-party AI models and recommendation systems. Where practical, we use aggregated, minimised, or pseudonymised data for these purposes.
Service providers
PickO uses service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email, analytics, address support, and AI-assisted shopping. Payment details are processed by Stripe. AI and analytics providers may process the data needed to provide or improve the relevant feature.
Analytics and cookies
PickO uses necessary cookies and local storage to operate the shop, remember preferences, protect forms, maintain cart or session state, and support security. Optional analytics cookies and Google Analytics load only after analytics consent. If you decline analytics, the shop still works and analytics cookies are not set.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including order handling, support, accounting, security, legal retention, and product improvement. Some records may be retained longer where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact support@picko.ch and we will review your request.
